I LOVE EUROVISION!!

Source
YIIIII!!! ITS EUROVISION TIME AGAIN! YIPEE!!!!

I look forward to this time every year, and cheer on the various european countries, battling it out on stage to be crowned the next Eurovision champion. Even though I live in Australia, I am the BIGGEST fan of this competition! I absolutely love everything about it - the atmosphere, Julia Zemiro and Sam Pang (the commentators which make me laugh so hard!), the singing, the costumes, the lighting effects, EVERYTHING!

Yesterday, the first semifinals were shown on SBS, so i'll share some of my favourite performances.
I particularly liked Montenegro, with singer Sergej Ćetković, who sung 'Moj Svijet' and it was even better that he was singing in the original language! Plus he looked so happy and it seemed as though he was really enjoying himself.

I also really liked András Kállay-Saunders, who sung 'Running', and he was representing Hungary. he sung about a serious issue, but paired it with an up-tempo tune. I really liked his voice!

Sweden was another country I enjoyed! Her (Sanna Nielsen) voice was amazing! She sun a song called 'Undo'

'Winning' moments of the week

Source
Now, I had a snazzy idea of writing about 'winning' moments of the week. You know those moments where something unexpectedly good happens and you're like "ohhhh WINNING!" No, just me? Ok...
HAHA anyways, I wanted to write about them for this week, but nothing really win-worthy happened unfortunately. Soooo, I decided to merge last week and this week into one.

1. Asked for 2 potato cakes, and the guy gave me 3!! WINNING!

2. Lecture at university finished 30 minutes earlier. WINNING!

3. Came late to class and the teacher wasn't even there. WINNING!

4. Ran to the bus and just made it. WINNING!

Ok, this is quite embarrassing but I can't even think of anymore now... I just found out my score for my economy test and its less than what I hoped for... :'(

I'll write the moments down for next week, so I won't forgot it and will bring you more!
I apologize!

A practical and stylish accessory - Watches

Without a doubt, I believe a watch is an essential accessory. For a person that doesn't wear much jewellery in her every day life, my watch is always on my wrist. Not only is it stylish, but it is also practical. It can be useful in telling the time, with an added benefit of looking great with any outfit.

I have a Marc by Marc Jacobs Henry Skeleton Automatic watch in rose gold (photographed above), and it is honestly my most prized possession. I wear it everywhere, and I feel quite bare without it on my wrist. Where the writing sits, it is clear and the fluro insert moves around as your arm does, which 'charges' the watch, so no need for batteries. It also isn't too heavy which is a bonus! As I have small wrists, I find that bracelets don't always fit me properly, so a watch is a great option for me!

I have been eyeing off Marc Jacobs' watches for a while and when my Dad bought this for me in May last year, I was ecstatic!

I feel as though watches will always be a trend, and whatever you're price range, I'm sure you can find a watch to match it.

What is your favourite accessory?
